Vanessa’s major responsibility is to assure that all aspects of your marketing needs are completed in a timely manner. Her expertise is market research, including surveys and customer service. 

Vanessa can be a bit insistent with a client, to get the information or material we need, so we can do our job, and deliver to them the marketing products they hired us for.  Having a natural curiosity and concern for others helps her in each aspect of her job here at Fast Forward.

Vanessa learned basic business management at an early age from her grandparents.  They owned several successful businesses and taught her everything they knew.  She’s worked in several fields, almost all of them in some form of marketing and sales.  Having run her own successful business she understands the importance of “knowing your market” and the disaster that can happen when you don’t, as she’s experienced both.

A third generation Texan, Vanessa was born and raised in Austin. Her one love, a border collie named Osa, who thinks cats are just live toys created just for her and is quite perturbed when they refuse to play.
